使用 Microsoft Intune 卸載 Windows 代理程式

步驟

1. 在 Trend Vision One 主控台上，前往 Endpoint Security → Endpoint Inventory。
2. 點選Agent Installer。
3. 點擊Agent Installer視窗底部的download the uninstall tool連結。

   注意 如果您看不到連結，您可能沒有權限下載卸載工具。請聯絡您的系統管理員。

4. 在 Download Uninstall Tool 視窗中，找到 Windows 並點擊 Download tool。

   重要 下載的卸載工具在七天後過期。

5. 解壓縮卸載工具包。
6. 定位您下載並解壓縮Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool的位置。
7. 執行 IntuneWinAppUtil.exe 並在提示時指定資訊。

   提示	設定
   來源資料夾	指定解除安裝工具所在的目錄
   安裝檔	請輸入完整的檔案路徑，包含 V1ESUninstallTool.exe
   輸出資料夾	指定已建立套件的目的地
   指定目錄資料夾	輸入 N

   該工具會建立一個名為 V1ESUninstallTool.intunewin 的部署包
8. 在 Microsoft Intune 中，前往 應用程式 → All apps 並點選 新增。
   Select app type 視窗出現。
9. 選擇Windows app (Win32)。
   Add App 視窗出現。
10. 在App information標籤上，點選Select app package file。
11. 在App package file畫面中，點選資料夾圖示以定位V1ESUninstallTool.intunewin套件。
12. 點選確定。
13. 為應用程式指定一個唯一的Name。
14. 指定一個Description以便輕鬆識別應用程式的用途。
15. 對於Publisher，輸入趨勢科技。
16. 點選下一步。
17. 配置Program標籤頁並點選下一步。
    • Install command：輸入 V1ESUninstallTool.exe
    • Uninstall command：輸入 V1ESUninstallTool.exe /qn
18. 配置Requirements標籤頁並點選下一步。
    • Operating system architecture：選擇64-bit。
    • Minimum operating system：請參閱 端點代理程式系統需求 以滿足您代理和安全環境的需求。
19. 配置Detection rules標籤。
20. 對於Rules format，選擇Manually configure detection rules。
21. 點選新增以新增偵測規則。

    重要 僅使用您想要卸載的代理配置規則。為多個代理配置添加規則可能會導致卸載過程失敗。

    伺服器與工作負載保護	登錄檔	Key path：輸入 HKLM\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\Deep Security Agent Value name：輸入 InstalledVersion Detection method：選擇Value does not exist。
    僅限 Endpoint Sensor	檔案	Path：輸入 %ProgramFiles (x86)%\Trend Micro\Endpoint Basecamp File or folder：輸入 EndpointBasecamp.exe Detection method：選擇File or folder does not exist。
    	檔案	Path：輸入 %ProgramFiles%\TrendMicro\ File or folder：輸入 雲端端點 Detection method：選擇File or folder does not exist。

22. 點選下一步，然後再次點選下一步以進入Scope tags標籤。
23. 點擊Select scope tags以指派解除安裝工具的範圍標籤。
24. 點選下一步以進入Assignments標籤。
25. 新增您希望部署卸載工具的群組或使用者，然後點擊下一步。
    趨勢科技 建議利用篩選器來選擇特定的使用者或機器，以避免在卸載過程中出現任何錯誤。
26. 檢查設定，然後點選Create。
    一旦應用程式運行，代理程式將從目標端點中卸載。端點清單可能需要一些時間來更新資訊。某些端點可能需要您手動更新端點清單。欲了解詳細資訊，請參閱 清理已卸載的代理程式。
