使用卸載工具從 Windows 端點移除代理程式。

趨勢科技 建議使用端點管理軟體，例如 Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager（前身為 System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)）來部署卸載工具。如果您無法使用端點管理軟體，您可以從端點使用命令提示字元手動執行該工具。

步驟

  1. 在 Trend Vision One 主控台上，前往 Endpoint Security → Endpoint Inventory。
  2. 點選Agent Installer。
  3. 點選Agent Installer畫面底部的download the uninstall tool連結。

  4. 在「Download Uninstall Tool」畫面中，找到「Windows」並點擊「Download tool」按鈕。

    請勿將解除安裝工具儲存或解壓縮到包含雙位元組字元（DBCS）的資料夾或目錄中，例如日文或中文字元。如果解除安裝工具位於包含雙位元組字元的資料夾或目錄中，可能會無法驗證趨勢科技憑證。
    下載的卸載工具在七天後過期。
  5. 將卸載工具包部署到目標 Windows 端點並解壓縮該包。
  6. 使用目標產品參數執行 V1ESUninstallTool.exe。
    如果您正在從端點手動卸載該工具，請使用命令提示符運行該工具並帶上參數。

    Endpoint Sensor 是 Trend Vision One Endpoint Security 代理程式的核心功能，無法單獨從代理程式中卸載。如果您不想使用 Endpoint Sensor 功能，請在 Endpoint Security Policies 中關閉 Endpoint Sensor。您也可以在 Endpoint Inventory 中使用覆蓋功能來關閉 Endpoint Sensor。
    代理程式已從端點中移除。端點清單可能需要一些時間來更新資訊。某些端點可能需要您手動更新端點清單。欲了解詳細資訊，請參閱 清理已卸載的代理程式。
