Procedure

  1. Make sure that the Endpoint Encryption device has network access.
  2. Click the agent icon (fde-icon-fv.png).
  3. Select About Full Disk Encryption to open the agent menu.
  4. Open the Information tab.
  5. Click Synchronize now.
If successful, all Endpoint Encryption policies are up-to-date.
