After creating a customer account, you can modify general account information, reset
the password, and disable the account.
Procedure
- Click .
- Locate and click the customer Company name in the table.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Locate and click the Account name in the table.
- Modify the necessary settings.SettingDescriptionAccount nameModify the account name as required.Reset passwordClick to send a password reset email message to the configured email address for the customer account.

Customers can also request to reset a lost password using the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in screen.
