The new Health Report provides an overview of your Worry-Free Services licenses and agent deployments, as well as the console settings, operating systems, and key features currently in use, and offers security recommendations to expand and optimize your usage of Worry-Free Services.

Customers with the Most Suspicious Activities & Threats Widget

The new Customers with the Most Suspicious Activities & Threats widget is now available in the Remote Manager dashboard. You can now identify the top ten customers with the most suspicious activities and potential threats in their network environment in order to better evaluate where to take action.

Risk Management Tab for Managed Customers

The new Risk Management tab summarizes the data detected by an individual customer's devices within a given time frame in both chart and table views.

Support for Cloud App Security - Advanced

Remote Manager has added support for the Cloud App Security - Advanced suite, which includes Cloud App Security and Cloud App Security for Email.

Dismiss Cloud App Security Events

Remote Manager now allows you to dismiss Cloud App Security events from the Products tab in Customers.

Email Assessment OpenIOC File Sweeping

Remote Manager now supports OpenIOC file sweeping for email assessments in Detection & Response. OpenIOC files allow you to check if emails contain threatening files, IP addresses, or domains.

Worry-Free XDR Adds Support for Deleting Messages in Gmail

Remote Manager now supports the “Delete Message” action for Gmail in Detection & Response. Select email messages matching assessment criteria that indicate potential security risks and delete them quickly and easily.

The new Worry-Free XDR Summary Report allows you to show customers your company's security work through simple and easy to understand charts.

Major Upgrade to the ConnectWise Automate Plug-in

The Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in for ConnectWise Automate has received a major upgrade that includes significant improvements in usability and performance. The upgraded version is built on a new integrated web-based data architecture and features a redesigned user interface. ConnectWise Automate users can migrate to the new plug-in today!

You can configure a policy for Trend Micro Web Security approved/blocked URL list and deploy it to multiple customers in one batch deployment.

Events and Notifications for Virtual Analyzer and User-Defined Suspicious Objects

For your customers with EDR licenses, Remote Manager has added visibility of Virtual Analyzer and User-Defined Suspicious Object detections. You can configure a threshold for the number of detections within a specified time period that trigger a notification. You can query Virtual Analyzer and User-Defined Suspicious Object logs.

Customizable Ticket Settings for ConnectWise Manage

You can use Ticket profiles to allow Remote Manager to send event notifications to specific service boards in ConnectWise Manage, which you can then use to create global, or customer-specific tickets on a per event basis.
