requirements before starting and ensure you have adequate resources for the Service
Gateway virtual appliance.

ImportantAs of December 20, 2023, TrendAI™ stopped issuing security patches for Service Gateway 2.0 after the version 3.0 release.
If you are still managing Service Gateway 2.0 appliances, upgrade the appliances to
the latest version for continued service and security. For more information about
2.0 to 3.0 upgrade, see Upgrade from Service Gateway 2.0 to 3.0.
If you have not applied updates to your Service Gateway or performed a restart in
more than a year, the Service Gateway appliance might display an abnormal status.
This is because internal certificate updates are performed with firmware updates,
and the certificates might expire if updates are not applied regularly. For more information,

or restart.
