Manage Email Sensor for email accounts and Collaboration Sensor for Microsoft 365 accounts in your environment, and quickly validate the Email and Collaboration Security solutions by running email simulations in your environment.
Email and Collaboration Sensor allows you to manage the Trend Vision One Email Sensor and Collaboration Sensor in your environment.
After deploying Email Sensor for your email service, you can enable email sensor detection
and
response for email accounts. Email sensor detection and response sends activity data
to Trend Vision One for state-of-the-art threat
detection and alerting.
After deploying Collaboration Sensor for your Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint
Online, OneDrive, and Teams Chat, Collaboration Sensor collects the activity data
of Microsoft 365 accounts in your organization and sends the data to Trend Vision One. Administrators can search for the collaboration activity data in the Search app and export the data using the Datalake Pipeline APIs.

Manage email sensor detection

Click Manage Email Sensor Detection to enable or disable
email sensor detection and response capabilities for the mailboxes in your email
service.

Set up Collaboration Sensor for Microsoft 365
|
Go to the Microsoft 365 tab and follow the on-screen instructions to set up Collaboration Sensor for your
Microsoft 365 accounts.

Manage email protection
|
On the Exchange Online or Gmail tab, click
the Powered by Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection link to open
the Protection Manager and deploy protection to your email services.

Manage collaboration protection
|
On the Microsoft 365 tab, click the Powered by Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection link to open the Protection Manager and deploy protection to your Microsoft 365 services.

Disable all sensor detection
|
Click Disable All Sensor Detection to disable email and collaboration sensor detection and response capabilities for
all email services and Microsoft 365 services.

If you have not enabled Email Sensor yet but are interested in the its capabilities
and value in XDR Threat Investigation and Cyber Risk Exposure Management, Email and
Collaboration Security offers a quick and easy way to simulate and validate the solution
on a small group of your Exchange Online mailboxes. The test drive ingests sample
emails of spoofing, phishing, account takeover, Adversary in the Middle Attack types
into the targeted mailboxes, allowing you to view the detection results in associated
