If your credit usage exceeds the credits available in your balance, your usage of TrendAI Vision One™ solutions continues uninterrupted, but you will see a negative balance in Administration → Platform Usage and Credits → Credits overview. Your Trend Micro representative will reach out to you to renew your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license, or purchase credits from AWS Marketplace or Microsoft Marketplace.
