Update from Cloud One pay-as-you-go to TrendAI Vision One pay-as-you-go

Procedure

1. Purchase and activate your TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go contract.
   For information on purchasing the contract, see Purchase a pay-as-you-go contract from AWS Marketplace.

   Note If your organization does not yet have a TrendAI Vision One™ account, take the following steps to activate the contract and assign your Cloud One user account as your TrendAI Vision One™ Primary User Account: When AWS Marketplace redirects you to the TrendAI Vision One™ License Activation Service, click Continue. Type the contact name, email address, and password for the Cloud One account that you want to assign as your organization's TrendAI Vision One™ Primary User Account, and click Verify Email. In the Specify the Primary User Account for your business window, type again the email address and password for the Cloud One account that you want to become your Primary User Account, and click Next. Specify the name and region of your organization, and click Complete Registration.

   Once your TrendAI Vision One™ contract activates, you can use the specified Primary User Account to sign in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console and access all your Trend Micro SaaS solutions.

   Tip To confirm that you have successfully linked your AWS Marketplace contract to your TrendAI Vision One™ account, go to Administration → Platform Usage and Credits → Usage management and click Manage billing model in the Usage details section. Confirm that your AWS account ID appears in the Manage billing model window.

2. Update your Cloud One solutions to TrendAI Vision One™.

     Note Before updating Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security, you must first connect your Cloud One instance to TrendAI Vision One™ in Product Instance. For more information, see Configure Trend Cloud One.

3. Switch the billing model for the applicable solutions from credits to pay-as-you-go.
   For detailed steps, see Pay-as-you-go.

   Important To ensure accurate charging after updating your Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security instance to TrendAI Vision One™, make sure to switch the billing model to credits or TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go. Otherwise, the instance continues billing to your existing Cloud One AWS Marketplace contract. 4. Once you have confirmed that all your Cloud One solutions have updated and are functioning correctly in TrendAI Vision One™, cancel your Cloud One billing contract.
   1. Sign in to AWS Marketplace.
   2. Click Your Software.
   3. Find Trend Cloud One and click Cancel Subscription, then confirm the action.
      Your Cloud One subscription is no longer active. The cancellation might take up to two hours to complete.
