Purchase a TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go contract from AWS Marketplace.

Purchase a pay-as-you-go contract from AWS Marketplace to switch supported TrendAI Vision One™ solutions to pay-as-you-go billing.

  • Each TrendAI Vision One™ business can only have one active pay-as-you-go contract.
  • You can only activate your TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go contract once. You cannot transfer your contract to another business after activation. If you need to transfer your contract to another organization, contact your AWS representative.
Follow the steps below to purchase a pay-as-you-go contract from AWS Marketplace and activate the contract in TrendAI Vision One™.

You have two options for TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go:
  • TrendAI Vision One™ (PAYG): If you only intend to use TrendAI Vision One™ solutions that support pay-as-you-go, purchase a pure pay-as-you-go subscription, which includes no credits.
  • TrendAI Vision One™: If you intend to use both credit-based and pay-as-you-go solutions, take the following steps to purchase a pay-as-you-go contract that includes at least one TrendAI™ Flex credit.
Note that you can only access the platform-wide Trend Vision One™ Trial if you have a TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go contract with credits included.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to AWS Marketplace.
  2. Search for TrendAI Vision One™.
  3. Click View purchase options.
  4. Configure your pay-as-you-go contract.
    1. Under Renewal Settings, choose whether to enable or disable auto renewal for the contract.
    2. Under Contract Options, type a number of credits.
    3. Click Create contract.
      The Confirm contract window appears.
  5. Confirm the details of your contract and click Pay now.
  6. On the Subscribe to Trend Vision One window, click Set up your account.

    Tip
    To set up your TrendAI Vision One™ account at a later time, you can go to AWS Marketplace → Manage subscriptions and click Set up product in the row displaying TrendAI Vision One™.

    On the Subscribe to Trend Vision One window, click vendor's website to open the TrendAI Vision One™ console.
    The TrendAI Vision One™ console opens and redirects to the License Activation Service.
  7. If you are the owner of the Primary User Account for your organization, click Continue.

    If you are a Cloud One user, see Update from Cloud One pay-as-you-go to TrendAI Vision One™ pay-as-you-go for instructions on updating your existing Cloud One user account to a TrendAI Vision One™ Primary User Account.
    If you do not have access to your organization's Primary User Account, click Copy Link to Clipboard and send the link to the Primary User Account owner. For more information, see Primary User Account.
    The Activate Solutions with Your Primary User Account window appears.
  8. Select My business has a Primary User Account and click Next.
    If your organization does not have a Primary User Account, select My business does not have a Primary User Account and click Next. Follow the instructions to set up the Primary User Account for your organization.
  9. Sign in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console using your Primary User Account credentials.
    The Activate Your Trend Micro Solutions window appears.
  10. Review your purchased solutions and click Activate.
    Your pay-as-you-go contract activates.
