Procedure
- Click the activation link in the email.
- Sign in to Trend Vision One using the Primary User Account for your
registered business.
Note
The Primary User Account was previously called your company'sTrend Micro Account
. The account owner has licensing rights to all your Trend Micro solutions. - Review your license information.
- Review the Trend Micro Agreement, Global Privacy Notice, and Data Collection Notice.
- Acknowledge that you have read the applicable legal notices by clicking Activate.
- If your Primary User Account does not sign in using an email address, you must
assign and verify the email address that will be used to access your update
services.
- Assign an email account to the Primary User Account and click Verify Email.
- Check your email inbox and copy the verification code that Trend Micro sent you.
- Paste the verification code in the console and click Submit.
- You must update the Primary User Account password.
- Allow some time for the activation process to complete.
- If your business has other Trend Micro solutions licensed, you may see an option to access your solutions in either Trend Vision One or Customer Licensing Portal. Choose Trend Vision One.
- Sign in to the Trend Vision One console using your Primary User Account.
- Update your Apex One as a Service solution.
- Go to .
- Click Add Existing Product.
- From Instance type, select Trend Micro Apex One SaaS.
- Click the Click to generate the enrollment token link and copy the token.
- Sign in to the Apex Central console.
- Go to .
- Paste the enrollment token you obtained from Product Instance in Trend Vision One.
- Click Register.
WARNING
After registering, the update process begins. You cannot undo or stop this action. After the update completes, you will no longer have access to your Apex Central console. You will still have access to the Apex One consoles that were managed by the retired Apex Central console.
- Allow some time for the update process to complete. You can sign into the Trend Vision One console after the account management update has completed. You can also access the Endpoint Inventory or Product Instance app to monitor the update progress of your Standard Endpoint Protection Manager (replaces the old Apex Central as a Service console).
