Manage, access, and locate all your Trend Micro offerings.

Product Instance provides centralized management for all your Trend Micro solutions. You can connect your existing services, register new services, and provision new consoles.

The following table outlines the options available on the Product Instance (Service ManagementProduct Instance) screen.
Option
Description
View business information
Find information about your registered business name and copy your Business ID.
Add existing products
Connect your existing Trend Micro offerings to Trend Vision One by clicking Add existing product.
Create product instances
Click Create product instance to automatically set up and provision new product instances.
Add new Endpoint Group Managers
Set up and provision new Endpoint Group Manager consoles for granular management of your Standard Endpoint Protection agents.
View the connection status of existing products
Check the connection status of all existing products in the Status column and troubleshoot issues.
Possible values include:
  • Connected: The connection status is normal.
  • Not connected: You need to reconnect the product instance.
  • Token has expired: The enrollment token used to connect the product expired. Click Regenerate to reconnect the product.
The following statuses exist only for Standard Endpoint Protection instances:
  • Hibernated: The product instance is in hibernation, and the connection is not active. Click Resume to start using the instance again.

    Product instances with no managed security agents or that are inactive for an extended period might automatically go into hibernation.
    Resuming an instance might take some time to complete.
  • Failed to resume: The hibernated instance was unable to resume due to a temporary issue. Try again later.
