Update your Cloud App Security instance to Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection to enable the security features of TrendAI Vision One™ Email and Collaboration Security.
Before updating Cloud App Security to the new Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection,
you
must sign up and complete the TrendAI Vision One™ registration
process. If you are a current TrendAI Vision One™ customer, make
sure to update
to the Foundation Services Release if you have not already done so.
Updating to Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection has some limitation. If your
Cloud App
Security instance meets the following criterion, you might not be able to update.

You have a valid license for Salesforce Protection.

Your Cloud App Security is managed by a TrendAI™ partner.

Update to Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection is being rolled out in batches for TrendAI™ partner–managed customers. Timing and eligibility may vary by account and region. To learn more about your update schedule and eligibility, contact your TrendAI™ Support.
Once you are ready, connect and update
your Cloud App Security instance.
