Update your TrendAI™ Email Security instance to Cloud Email Gateway Protection to enable the security features of TrendAI Vision One™ Email and Collaboration Security.
Before updating TrendAI™ Email Security to the new Cloud Email Gateway Protection, you must
sign up and complete the TrendAI Vision One™ registration process.
If you are a current TrendAI Vision One™ customer, make sure to
update to the
Foundation Services Release if you have not already done so.
Updating to Cloud Email Gateway Protection has some limitations. If your TrendAI™ Email
Security instance meets one of the following criteria, you might not be able to update.

(For Customer Licensing Portal customers)Your TrendAI™ Email Security is managed by TrendAI™ Remote ManagerTo become eligible for the update, first disconnect TrendAI™ Email Security from TrendAI™ Remote Manager. Your TrendAI™ Email Security license expired and it has been more than 30 days since expiration

Your TrendAI™ Email Security is managed by a TrendAI™ partner.

Once you are ready, connect and update your TrendAI™ Email Security instance.
