Configure allow lists to ensure the delivery of Security Awareness training campaign invitations and reminders, and simulated phishing emails to employees in your organization.

Procedure

  1. On the Trend Vision One console, go to Attack Surface Risk Management → Security Awareness.
  2. Click the settings icon (gear_icon=fc9a51ad-35af-4fe3-92c6-5e41b2dfc5d9.png).
  3. If you are configuring an allow list for Microsoft or Google services, click Settings to reveal the sending domains and sending IP addresses.
  4. Configure the allow list settings on your provider's console.
